ABOUT ROSS

Ross completed his first full distance triathlon in 2017. This was essentially a bet with a friend 11 weeks prior to see if he could get himself around IRONMAN Wales.

At the time he had never swam lengths of a pool, cycled only for downhill/MTB as a teenager and had never been for a run...

Since 2017 Triathlon has flipped Ross' life upside down.

He has a new circle of friends, has progressed his own ability in the sport to the pointy end of the AG field and he has enjoyed coaching/supporting others to achieve their respective goals.

You won't meet many other people who have the raw passion for Triathlon like "Triathlon Ross"

ABOUT SAM

I love coaching people towards scary goals, whatever their starting point as I have been there and continue to chase adventure and challenge my athletic potential! I have been involved in the endurance / sport world for a number of years, with the last 6 of them coaching amateur to elite level athletes.

I come from an educational background with my masters degree from Loughborough university, UK strength and conditioning coaching accreditation and as an IRONMAN certified coach.

Endurance sport has changed my life, progressing from sprint to Ironman distance triathlons. My athletic highlights so far include - Statesman 70.3 extreme triathlon, Movember London - Paris turbo trainer relay (964km), 4 x Marathons, IRONMAN Italy, 100km trail Ultramarathon.

ABOUT SIMON

I first competed in a triathlon when I was 15, inspired by friends from my swim club at the time. Since then, I have competed in almost every distance triathlon has to offer (still waiting to make the jump to full Ironman—maybe this year…) and have progressed through the British Triathlon performance pathways. I was a multiple international medallist in duathlon as a U23 athlete and qualified for my professional racing licence at the start of 2025.

Alongside my racing career, I am a UK-based triathlon coach offering personalised and online triathlon coaching to athletes of all abilities. I first started coaching with the University of Nottingham whilst studying Sport and Exercise Science, specialising in physiology and psychology. I combine my academic background with real-life triathlon and elite racing experience to provide high-quality, evidence-based triathlon coaching in the UK and beyond.

ABOUT PAULINA

I’ve always been involved with sport in one way or another. I represented Poland various World championships, narrowly missing out on selection for the 2008 Bejing Olympics in Badminton.

My interest in Triathlon began in 2009 after when I was inspired by a magazine article about a female triathlete competing in Hawaii.

I am a Qualified Personnel Trainer, Nutriontist & Triathlon Coach.

My personal triathlon highlights are racing Challenge Roth, winning various middle distance races, completing London Marathon, swim/run events, Italian NoveColli bike race and my PB at Ironman Sweden in 10 hours 34mins.

In 2023 my dream of having a baby was forfilled. Now my maternity break is over I’m ready to help people achieve their sporting, nutritional or fitness goals little or big.

ABOUT ROSIE

I started triathlon in 2013 and over the years worked my way through the age-group ranks to now racing professionally since 2022.

In that time I have achieved four professional podiums and competed in 30 half Ironman races. Having raced across distances from sprint to 70.3 I have a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way, through the good races and the tough ones.

I am a British Triathlon Level 2 coach and I have worked with athletes of varying levels, using my own experiences to help guide athletes. I’ve lived and trained in Loughborough for nine years, which is where my love for triathlon really grew.

Outlaw Holkham and Ironman 70.3 Weymouth are two standout races in my journey, marking key moments in my progression from amateur to pro.

ABOUT FINN

My personal interest in triathlon began whilst watching IRONMAN Wales as a teenager, inspiring me to sign up off very little preparation to race in 2016, 2 weeks after my 18th birthday.

From there my love of the sport has only grown, and after racing at both 70.3 and full Ironman World Championships as an age-grouper, I eventually qualified for my professional racing license in 2022, and have been racing as a pro since.

Over the last 6 years I have thoroughly enjoyed taking the experience and learnings gained from rising from complete newbie to professional athlete, and using them to aid and support others towards achieving their targets.
