Olly keep improving across all 3 disciplines. Something hard to do!!

2023 will see Olly race at the 70.3 World champs and he will be on a TT bike for the first time which should see chunks of time get knocked off his bike splits.  

I have been coaching Chris since 2020. We have completed multiple 70.3's and seen some real progression. This year IM Italy was the goal and what a debut it was. Despite being knocked off the bike during the race Chris went on to finish in 9hrs 52mins!! WOW!! 

I have been coaching Amy since 2019. The inital focus was on 70.3's in which we saw significant progress across all 3 disciplines including the introduction of a TT bike. In 2021 Amy took on her first full distance, this unfortunatly ended in a bike crash. Amy has returned in 2022 to take on Roth.

Francisc has been coached for 3 years now. We started with just running targetting a sub 3 marathon. However, I quickly showed him the dark side of triathlon. His prgression has been immense. 2023 is going to be a big year as it will be his first time at a World Champs. 

James has been coched for 2 years approx. We haven't done a lot of racing due to family commitments and covid etc. However, there is a bigger pan for James, we want build to doing a Full distance one day and maybe if the stars align we get James to Kona. We have worked on improving all 3 disciplines, ready for that big build one day.
