I'd call to understand your goals, your commitments and how you've been training.

I'll look through your training and analyse what your data up to now.

I'll make a plan on the best steps for you to progress towards your race.

I'll let you know which direction is best for you to progress.

If you're unsure what zones you should be training in, I can help you better understand your training paces.
