CONSULTANCY
We can offer two main packages here. Both will be tailored to your needs.
- Training review/Race planning
Sometimes a full time coach isn't the right choice. If you've been self coached for a period of time, and would like a coach to look through your training to advise how to move forward, build into a race or analyse your training, get in touch and I can help.
- General diet/nutrition advice & meal planning We now have an in house qualified nutritionist who can help review your diet and provide meal plans weekly/monthly if required. This is a tailored option to the individual.
- Kit/Equipment review
The list of kit and whats fast/best for an athlete is vast. If you would like some help to review your existing setup or some advice before investing in a piece of kit/equipment we can offer our experienced based advice on what works and what doesn't
